Virtual Race FAQ
- How do I know if I am already registered for The Virtual Diamond 10K? You can check by clicking "Find a Participant" on our registration page.
- What is The Double Diamond Challenge? It's a new event for 2021, twice the fun and twice the diamonds! Register for this challenging event, run two 10Ks on race weekend (a total of 12.4 miles) and earn an additional diamond necklace to compliment your Diamond 10K finisher's necklace. You'll also receive a limited edition hat!
- How do I register for The Double Diamond Challenge? Registration opens at 10am on 12/10/2020 click here to go to our registration page.
- Can I transfer from The Diamond 10K to The Double Diamond Challenge? Yes!, you can do so by logging into your RunSignUp.com account, going to your profile, and clicking "Manage Registration". We also have step-by-step instructions here.
- What does it cost to upgrade from The Diamond 10K to The Double Diamond Challenge? A little extra discipline, adding more miles to your training...and a $59 transfer fee*.
- When will my race packet be shipped? Race packets for participants who have signed up by January 10th are scheduled to ship by February 22nd via USPS First Class mail. We ship from our office in Old Town Clovis and first class shipping generally takes 2-8 business days.
- Can I pick up my race packet at the Endure Jewelry studio in Old Town Clovis? As of right now, we plan to ship 100% of our packets. If anything changes we will send an e-mail update to all participants regarding local packet pick-up.
- When do I complete my race? We encourage our runners to complete The Diamond 10K and the Kid's Race on 2/28/21. The Double Diamond Challenge can be completed within 48 hours of The Diamond 10K. Since it's a virtual race, and based on the honor system, you can actually complete the race whenever you wish. However, if you'd like to be included in the official race results, you must submit your time by 3/1/21 midnight Pacific.
- How to I submit my time? A link will be posted on our VIP page a week prior to race day. We will also e-mail the link to all our participants.
- Will there be awards? Yes, awards will be mailed to the top three (Strava verified) finishers in each race distance.
- Do I need to use the Strava app to record my time? No. You only need to use the Strava app if you are hoping to contend as a top 3 finisher in any distance. Only Strava verified times will be accepted to win top 3 overall awards.
- Can I participate outside of the USA? In order to register as an international athlete, we must manually enter your information internally into our system. Fill out this online form. Please e-mail us to ensure your form was received. International packets will require an additional $20 for shipping and may or may not arrive in time for the Virtual Run Party.
- Do I get extra kudos for wearing Endure gear during my race? We love seeing you wear your Endure gear on all your adventures and this event is no exception!
- Can I run with friends? Since we had to cancel our live event and shift to a virtual race experience, we strongly recommend social distancing and completing this event solo. Follow other participants on social media and share your photos and videos with us @EndureJewelry @RunEndure and use hashtags #TheDiamond10K and #EndureJewelry
- Can I change my shipping address after I have already registered? Please make sure your shipping address is up to date on your RunSignUp account. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, but once your registration is complete, we cannot guarantee any manual updates to your account.
- What if my packet doesn't arrive in time for the virtual event? USPS is a very reliable shipping service, however you may experience delays in shipping times during the COVID19 crisis. If your packet is delayed for any reason, we recommend completing your race between the designated dates. You can contact USPS to get an updated status on your packet and file a claim in the event the packet gets lost. Please also let us know if you experience any issues with your delivery and we will do our best to help remedy the situation.
